Orders will normally be processed within 2 days of receipt on business days. Our
business days are Monday – Thursday. If your order is placed after 3 on Thursday
or over the weekend, it will not be processed until Monday. We ship orders out on
Tuesdays and Thursday unless it is a priority order which we try to get out as soon
as possible.
For holidays, the order will be shipped out within 2 business days following the
holiday. If high volumes occur during pre-holiday shipping seasons, the orders
could take over 48 hours to be shipped. These holidays include: Easter Friday and
Monday, Memorial Day, the week of the July 4th holiday, Labor Day, Thanksgiving
(Thursday and Friday), the week of Christmas and New Year's Day. Orders may
be placed on these days but will not ship until after the holiday.
The package will be delivered via United States Postal Service by Parcel post
unless otherwise noted, usually 3-10 days. Orders will only be shipped to street
addresses. Canadian orders will be shipped via Airmail Parcel Post and usually
takes 5-12 days depending on the destination. Priority Mail services can be
selected for an additional fee and packages will generally arrive in 2-5 business days
for US orders.
Heavier packages (usually over about 6 pounds) will be sent via FedEx Ground
service and normally takes between 2-5 days depending on destination. If the
package is sent FedEx, the word FedEx will appear before the tracking number in
the shipping status email
Delivery times will vary due to the destination of the package. We are a family run
business and will do our best to have quick turnaround times. If you have a problem

Shipping and Handling Charges
All of the US contiguous 48 states shipping and handling charges will be based on
the product ordered amount excluding sales tax. We are currently testing out this
flat rate charge and may change shipping charges at our discretion. We will be
constantly working to keep shipping charges to a minimum so that the products can
be ordered as often as needed.

After the order has shipped, an automatic email is sent to the customer. An
order may be marked 'On Hold" after it is reviewed which normally means that
we have items on backorder and your order will be shipped when those
products arrive. Otherwise, most orders are processed and sent out within 2
days of receipt.
The automatic email may contain a tracking number which will allow the status
of the package to be viewed. The tracking number is a United States Post
office confirmation number unless the word FedEx appears before the tracking
number.
To check on USPS orders, log onto www.usps.com.and click on the Track
and Confirm tab. Simply enter in the tracking number to locate the package.

Shipping Destinations
We ship our products to United States residents within the 48 contiguous states
and to Canada. The USPS delivery time is generally 3-10 days to the 48
contiguous states depending on your location relative to our business. The
USPS delivery time for a Canadian order is usually between 5-12 days
depending on location. Priority Shipping is usually not necessary for states
close to North Carolina.
We ship to Hawaii and Alaska, but the shipping time frames are longer and the
shipping charges are based on the weight of the products ordered.
We are currently unable to ship other international orders. But please contact
us and tell us if you are interested in purchasing our products so that we may
look into shipping internationally in the future.
